Do you think it’s a solicitor’s job to make it easy for a donor to say “NO?”  Or do you think it’s the solicitor’s job to push a donor to get to “Yes?”

There’s no right answer to this question. Or perhaps the best way to think about it is that both answers are right depending on the asker and the donor.

But here’s my sense of it — at least some of the time.
